Not good trips compared to the rest of late. To top it off, I had an out-of-towner that was in the area for turkey day wanting to fish. Saturday the wind was honking and only had a couple spots that were really available to fish without getting beat up too bad, and it was cold. Fished 6pm to midnight or so and managed 2 fish on 5 bites. The whole time. Talked to wurk later on and the spot I wanted to fish didn't produce for him after the winds died down anyway.

Sunday we decided to take advantage of the weather and head out front. Headed out of TI after hearing numerous reports of schools of fish in close the past few days. They weren't there Sunday. Marked fish here and there but couldn't find the schoos or buy a bite.

My guest decided to call it a day and head back home to BOSTON........unfortunately fishless. I felt really bad but Saturday it was just tough, and Sunday we were on the beach looking and decided to head south..........found out later we should have headed north and stayed in the back instead.

I went back to the trailer and watched a few plays of the Eagles game in between all 8 times I fell asleep during it, and headed back out. Wind was nice and calm but it was still COLD. I broke off a nice fish on an eel just as the tide started coming in, and caught 8 or 9 small bass. I was freezing and it wasn't worth it for the small fish I was catching.......Hadn't been home since Friday so I called it a trip.

Could be my last trip of the year. We'll see. I'd like to get a couple more in but I'm out of money lol.

Nice report. I haven't been doing much myself lately. Cape May area has been producing some pretty nice fish, if you get down this way again.

Yeah, and maybe you'll answer you phone and we'll fish. Poke
