hey guys, i have an ocean kayak trident 13 and just bought a eagle cuda 350 FF....im trying to hook it up this weekend so i can go fishing next thursday at union beach...ALL R WELCOME ...im stuggling to make a decision about WHERE IN THE HULL should i place my TRNSDUCER.im going to use electric putty for that..thanks to sj/lunch box/john and all u guys for the info on that. so please post some info on where in the hull...front/back??..DONT WANT to keep in the middle because i want to keep my rods in there....thanks.

You should be fine installing it way up in the bow. Your rods should be good as well in the rod pod.

I have the same unit. I temporarily jerry rigged my T13 and used the trans.scupper hole. I wedged a piece of pool noodle in the hole and fit the transducer into it. Pulled the wire thru and taped it down with gorrila tape to hold it up......That was last year and it's still holding.
