I'm coming home for a wedding. I moved to Montana 15 yrs ago but was born and raised in South Jersey. My family had place in Harvey Cedars for 80yrs where I spent my childhood summers. ALOT of memories there! Unfortunatly it was sold last spring. Naturally I decided we should stay on LBI for old times sake. We'll be staying at Barnegat Light where I used to fish alot. Anyway on a recent vacation to the gulf coast of FL I discovered kayak fishing. I had a blast! This upcoming trip and the last trip got me thinking and look what I found, a great little forum to help me plan my trip.

I'll be back the end of July. Kinda excited. Last 2 times I've been back I caught 40" stripers on bunker. Haven't caught blues in a while either!

Welcome to the forum! I live down in the Cape May/Wildwood area and plan to fish early morning 5am-8am as many days per week as I can this year. If you make it this far south in July, I'd be happy to show you some local spots.
