Launched late last night from fowlers beach with 5knot winds, fished until 3am for drum n nothing! Slept on the beach and at sun up the drum fleet began to arrive by 8am was bak at paddling out to the fleet roughly 3miles, fished 5 different sets of #s and nada just a 2' brown shark! I didn't see 1 boat go 4 a gaff or net the whole 8 hrs I spent on the water, seems like the bite shutoff on the Del side! I feel battered after chasing these fish 4 the past month, but ima give it 1 more shot. Umtil next time!
