Fished upper Barnegat Bay near the Mantoloking bridge from 2:30-4:30. Top of outgoing tide. Chummed with clams and used sandworms and clam for bait. Caught 2 flounder up to 15". Water temp was about 52 F. A guy on a yak said he and his buddies had caught over fifty in 4 days of fishing, I'm a little skeptical of that numder, but they are bitting. Marked some fish on the bridge structure that I was quessing was Tog, but the bridge guy chased me away with the bullhorn before I could try them. Saw an osprey bring its mate a 12" striper, very cool. At least some bass are getting caught! 30 more points for KW.
